*Approved application and $428 non-refundable deposit required to reserve a puppy. Payments accepted through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or cash. The balance of $1444.50 due when you pick up your puppy.

Application
Please complete our application to apply for a shih tzu puppy. We will review it and contact you within 24 hours. An application must be approved before sending a deposit. Once approved we will discuss payment methods. (see below for pricing information)
